AIR FILTER BOX

• Made to provide maximum airflow, the air filter box is designed with positioned inlet ducts aimed at preventing air deformation and maintaining filter protection. The Twin Air filter and air filter design involve a simple fail-proof mounting system for safe and accurate tool-less installation. Quickly removing the left side panel allows for easy track-side maintenance.

SERVICEABILITY

• The 2026 KTM 450 SX-F FACTORY EDITION is engineered and designed to provide riders with easy-to-access service parts, as well as suspension adjustability. This permits faster trackside and off-season maintenance, as well as simplifying motocross for novice riders without pit crews. This year, to add the cooling process, the radiator has a new closure that means opening and access is much easier and without the need for a lot of force.

Crafted from lightweight titanium, the muffler's premium finish reflects its high-performance design -- and is available exclusively on this limited-run model.

LAUNCH CONTROL & QUICKSHIFTER

• Ace that holeshot! The 2026 KTM 450 SX-F FACTORY EDITION comes standard with launch control and a Quickshifter, allowing for fast upshifts without using the clutch. Launch control is easily engaged by pressing the traction control and Quickshifter buttons simultaneously and works by limiting the amount of power to the rear wheel, improving traction, and preventing loss of control under hard acceleration. Meanwhile, the Quickshifter means you can bang through from 2nd to 5th gear with your focus solely on the next corner. Honing starts is made easier with the KTM 450 SX-F FACTORY EDITION due to the WP FACTORY START DEVICE that lends useful compression on the front forks and is easily engaged and then disengaged when blasting into action.

SELECTABLE MAPS + TC

• The map select switch on the 2026 KTM 450 SX-F FACTORY EDITION features a simple design, allowing for easier functionality in switching between 2 engine maps. Map 1 provides a more linear power curve, while map 2 punches all-out with aggressive throttle and explosive power. Luckily, traction control is easy toggled to an on or off position from the same switch, ensuring maximum traction and a distinct advantage in wet or muddy conditions. In term of FI upgrades, for 2026 there is a new fuel protector cap: you'll still have quick and easy access for maintencance but now more safety against any outside damage and accidental opening as well as preventing dirt from entering the sides of the connector.

Progressive Cornering Block Technology also improves grip in the berms, while the rear pattern has a tall and wide center block for desirable traction and control everywhere else.
