Bought 4 bikes in 2 years from them and willing to buy more. The sales team has gone above and beyond finding specific models Im looking for and always quick to respond with questions or concerns. The service department has always been fair and quick on turn around times. All the staff are friendly I normally just wait for the service work at the shop and have good conversations with the employees. It clear everyone there has a passion for motor sports and enjoys sharing that passion with customers. My only bad experience is when I walk in everyone greets me by name and I feel bad for forgetting theirs!

I was in the market for an adventure mc and saw a Struthersbros ad for one on CycleTrader. I inquired about it's availability, condition, and pricing. Steve in Sales responded to my inquiry and the rest as they say is history. What happened between initial contact and driving off the lot on my new scooter? Well, let me tell you. What happened was A+ quality service and attention to detail during each step of the sales and purchasing process. Steve was very helpful and always present and Bonnie in Finance couldn't have made it any less painful. I was given a short tour of the facility and introduced to staff along the way which made me feel like this was more than just a transaction that was taking place and that there was a personal touch that not most shops get right. I have to give a huge shout out to the detailing dept. at Strutherbros. They do a fantastic job in making sure that what you are looking at is in the cleanest most presentable condition possible. Looking that their used bikes inventory had me wondering what was used and what was new. I drove from Minneapolis to pick up this motorcycle, not because there aren't any mc's in my area, but because the quality of service and attention to detail at Strutherbros was unmatched in comparison.

Absolutely fantastic staff at Struther Brothers. Ive stopped in several times just to browse, and each time, they somehow manage to be even more friendly and welcoming than the last. On my most recent visit, I came in to swap out a QuadLock phone case (I had accidentally bought the wrong one the day before), and they let me exchange it with no hassle at all. Not only that, but one of the employees gave me some advice about a motorcycle I was planning to check out from a private seller. When I came back in a few days later, they actually remembered and asked how it went. I told them I bought the bike and just needed a new front tire. Without hesitation, the employee asked if I had it with mewhen I said yes, he literally ran to the back to check with the service department. Keep in mind, this was about 20 minutes before closing, and they still got my bike in and replaced the front tire right then and there. Since the bike was new to me, the service techs even invited me into the shop and showed me a few things to watch out fornot upselling anything, just genuinely helping. Hands down one of the best dealership experiences Ive ever had. Helpful, honest, and truly human service. Highly recommend.

Thanks for everything. Just purchased a 2020 Z H2 from Struthers. They took the time to go and get the bike out of state. Took it in today and Steve was able to buff out the scratches on the tank. Unfortunately when leaving the shop I dumped the bike at the end of the ramp. A special thanks to out to Donnie, Ryan for helping to pick up the bike off of my leg and a very special shout out to Steve. He took the time and touch up the paint. Fixed up the exhaust perfectly. I had a great experience buying my street triple rx from Chad and Kevin. They were very knowledgeable about the bike and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I could not have asked for a better experience buying my first bike!

I purchased a 2010 Triumph Tiger 1050 SE from Struthers Bros after locating it online. I worked with Katie Lundstrom. I purchased the bike site unseen and had it shipped to my home. It arrived and met my expectations. Katie was great and made the entire process smooth. I ordered a top box too and they made sure I was able to use the original key with it. I honestly can not go on enough about how much this dealership does for it's customers. I have purchased a 2014 Speed Triple and a 2013 Tiger Explorer from them. My Tiger I purchased used had an engine failure shortly after buying it. Within in 24 hours of dropping the bike off Donnie from the service department had contacted me diagnosed the blown engine and already ordered a new motor for my bike at no cost to me. From the sales experience with Katie to the service experience with Donnie I can not think of another dealership I would rather give my business to. I am a customer for life.

This is my 2nd comment. Again what a great group to work with. Just purchased a Triumph Rocket. Had an issue with it that needed to be taken care of since I just purchased. Took it back to Struthers and they bent over backwards for me. Kevin & Lee went to the service department and talked immediately with Donnie. Since it was late in the day, they asked if it would be ok to keep the bike overnight and fix it on a Saturday morning. Lee immediately arranged for a way to get me back to Ankeny. I figured I would pick it up the next morning. 45 minutes after getting back home they called me to tell me it was ready to go. I couldn't pick it up but Tim ended up riding it to Ankeny for me. That is great service in my book and thanks to all involved. I sure appreciate what they did. (Lee, Kevin, Donnie and Tim)

I did my homework prior to picking Struther's Brothers. It worked. The experience was pleasant and easy. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I drove 94 miles to get good service and a good deal. My daughter and I stopped in last Saturday afternoon and visited with Lee about dirt bikes. He answered all our questions and let my daughter try several different sizes, he was great!!!! Well we returned today and purchased a Kawasaki KXL 140! Lee saw us in the office and came in to say hi and tell us that it didn't take us too long to come back 🙂 everyone one there was great!! My daughter got to ring the bell and the entire staff was clapping and cheering it was really cool!! Kevin made the financing part so super easy and he was very informative and helpful!!! Kevin, my salesperson, was knowledgeable and very helpful with my experience purchasing a used motorcycle from Struthers. I purchased a used Honda Valkyrie. I had been looking for a while, so when I saw the bike displayed outside, I called to check on it. From the time I called in, to going in to meet Kevin, I was purchasing the bike within the hour. The bike was detailed to perfection, new tires, and serviced. I had the service department check something for me and they got it right in while I waited and checked it out. I am extremely satisfied. Also, just to mention, I own a CUSTOM HARLEY. I am extremely picky and like nice " toys". It was a great experience finding a used bike so nicely prepped for resale. THANK YOU!

I am a first time rider and first time bike owner. Ever since I completed the Basic Rider Course, I have been looking for a bike. I was searching the internet and found a bike located at Struthers Bros. in Des Moines Iowa. Upon first contact by email with Katie the experience was perfect. All my questions were answered, pictures of the bike and video were sent to me upon request. Because I purchased this bike while there was snow on the ground, Katie held the bike for me in their warehouse until the weather changed and I could get down there from Waterloo to pick it up. Once I went down to pick the bike up, Katie and the rest of the staff were amazing, they loaded the bike up for me to save me some time and this experience was just terrific. ABSOLUTELY LOVING my new Vulcan S ABS 650. She is such a joy to ride! Not only is she amazing to look at, but she is the same when riding.
